Beauty and Spa Treatments

Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. This allows you to relax and prepare for your treatment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment to ensure that each client receives the full attention and time they deserve.

All appointments require a $100 deposit at the time of booking, which will be deducted from the total cost of your service. Please note that deposits are non-refundable but can be transferred if you need to reschedule your appointment. If you fail to show up for your appointment without notifying us, you will forfeit your deposit and will need to book a new appointment with a new deposit.

We require at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If you cancel, please note that your deposit will not be refunded. If you fail to show up for your appointment without giving us 48 hours notice, we reserve the right to retain your deposit.

For safety and sanitation reasons, we cannot allow friends, children, or pets in the studio at any time. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with this policy.

Our prices are subject to change at any time. We strive to provide competitive pricing for our high-quality services.

We accept cash and credit cards (Visa/MC). Unfortunately, we do not accept checks.

We do not offer refunds. We strive to provide exceptional service and satisfaction for all our clients. However, we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time.
